A Very Good Product ... Watch the Price!
Very pleased with this light fixture ... Although I got it on sale (For .53) which made it an AWESOME BARGAIN.
1. "FLIMSY" CONSTRUCTION - yes BUT it needs to be light weight in order to be safely hung and not break the wall or bathroom mirror behind the fixture. The glass is NOT flimsy and once installed, it won't be touched so the apparent flimsy construction is JUST FINE. Works great and installs easily.
2. "COLOR" - It is NOT silver. It is very OFF WHITE with and ANTIQUING PATINA of non-shiny gold. It does look somewhere between awful to disgusting up close and while installing. BUT once installed, it looks good, blends in fine and the color is not an issue (unless you specifically want a silver fixture, which this is NOT).
Finally, I recently stayed in a newly redone 0 a night Los Angeles Hotel which had, to my surprise, the EXACT SAME FIXTURE in the bathroom. It's really o.k. to buy.

The color is a little greenish-white so I just sprayed the fixture the color that i wanted- This was used in new construction and so far the electricians have not complained about the fixture in any way. I think that this was a HUGE bargain for the quality received.
